Square tube anti rotation: Install a square anti rotation block at the bottom of the screw rod, which is in contact with the four walls of the square protective tube of the screw rod elevator to limit the rotational freedom of the screw rod.

Anti rotation groove: A groove is opened on the screw, and a positioning is provided on the machine base. A key is added between the worm gear and the screw groove to fix it, so that the screw can only rise or fall along the positioning port.

Guiding device: This device is used to ensure the stability and accuracy of the nut during the lifting process, preventing it from shifting or shaking during the lifting process. Guiding devices usually adopt structural forms such as guide rods, guide sleeves, or guide blocks, which connect nuts to fixed components.

Supporting components: Supporting components are used to support and fix various parts of the screw lift, ensuring its stability and reliability during operation. Supporting components include bases, brackets, bearings, and other structural forms, which need to have sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand the weight and load of the elevator.

Limit switch: used to monitor and control the operating status of the elevator, preventing it from exceeding the set range.

Overload protector: When the elevator is subjected to excessive load, it can automatically cut off the power or reduce the operating speed to protect the equipment from damage.

Emergency stop button: In case of emergency, it can immediately stop the operation of the elevator, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

Dustproof and protective devices: These devices are used to protect the key components of the screw lift from environmental factors such as dust and moisture, thereby extending the service life of the equipment. The types of dust and protective devices include protective sleeves and dust covers. Among them, the casing is a rigid protective device with a length within the stroke range of the screw and no elasticity; A dust cover is a soft protective device that has stretchability, but will occupy a portion of the screw stroke after contraction.
