Product Introduction
The DMSL series bevel gear screw jacks adopts spiral bevel gears, and it has various functions such as lifting, lowering, pushing, flipping, etc. It can accurately control and adjust the height of lifting or pushing according to a certain program. It can be driven directly by an electric motor or other power source, or manually. The maximum input speed is 1000r/min. Compared with traditional worm gear screw jacks, it has advantages such as high transmission efficiency, reliable operation, compact structure wear resistance, long service life, and low noise. Especially suitable for high-frequency and high-speed working conditions, with , a maximum lifting speed of 12m/min. There are different structural forms, and the screw jacks is manufactured according to the user's requirements. This structure is not self-locking and must be equipped with a braking device or a motor with a holding brake when used.
The material of this series of screw jacks housing is aluminum alloy, with surface oxidation treatment. Compared with steel, it has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, and is easier to dissipate heat.
The ball screw uses TBI screw from Taiwan to ensure quality
Form and Marking
Structural type
The structural types of elevators are divided into
N-type - axial movement of the screw rod
R-type - The screw rod rotates and the nut on the screw rod moves axially
Assembly type
Each structural type of the screw jacks is divided into two assembly types
Type A - The screw rod (or nut) moves upwards
Type B - The screw rod (or nut) moves downwards
Head form
The screw head part of the N-type is: FV standard external thread, BP flange end, GA fork pin end, PO pin hole end, KA spherical hinge
The screw head part of the R- type is: EF cylindrical end
Specifications
This series of screw jacks are divided into five types based on the diameter of the screw rod: 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm
