Product Detail

The DML series bevel gear screw jacks employ spiral bevel gears and are capable of performing various functions such as lifting, lowering, pushing, and tilting. They can accurately control and adjust the lifting or pushing height according to a specified program. These jacks can be directly driven by an electric motor or other power sources, and manual operation is also possible. The maximum input speed is 1000 r/min. Compared to traditional worm gear screw jacks, they offer advantages such as high transmission efficiency, reliable operation, compact structure, wear resistance, long service life, and low noise. They are particularly suitable for high-frequency and high-speed operating conditions, with a maximum lifting speed of 12 m/min. They come in various structural configurations and can be manufactured to meet specific lifting height requirements as per user needs. Since the structure does not provide self-locking, a braking device must be installed or a motor with a brake must be used during operation.


Advantages:

  • High Efficiency: A significant driving force can be generated with only a small driving source.
  • High Speed: Compared to trapezoidal screw rods, the speed is greatly improved, enabling smooth and high-speed operation.
  • Long Service Life: The use of high-quality ball screws enhances the operational lifespan by more than three times.

Note: It does not have a self-locking function and requires an external braking device or a driving source with braking capability.

Structural Types:

The screw jack structures are divided into:

  • Type N --- The screw rod performs axial movement.
  • Type R --- The screw rod rotates, and the nut on the screw rod performs axial movement.

Assembly Types:

Each structural type of the screw jack is further divided into two assembly types:

  • Type A --- The screw rod (or nut) moves upwards.
  • Type B --- The screw rod (or nut) moves downwards.

Head Types:

The screw rod heads for the Type N structure are classified as:

  • Cylindrical head, Ⅱ Flange end, Ⅲ External thread, IV Flat head.

The screw rod heads for the Type R structure are classified as: 1 Cylindrical, Ⅱ Threaded.

Specifications:

The base numbers for this series of spiral bevel gear screw jacks are: 10, 20, 50, 100, 150.

Gear Ratios:

The reduction ratios for this series of spiral bevel gear screw jacks are: 2, 2.5, 3.

Internal Configuration Types:

  • D: When viewing the input shaft from the front, if the input shaft rotates clockwise, the screw rod or nut rises.
  • U: When viewing the input shaft from the front, if the input shaft rotates clockwise, the screw rod or nut descends.
